Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order and personalized items — these are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
- Items that have been used, burned, or ritually consecrated
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
